Project Vidyadaan

About This Project

My grandmother (Thammu) belonged from Garbeta, a rural area in West Bengal. She and my grandfather (Thakurda) had an overarching emphasis on high-quality education for all. Treading on their steps, I humbly endeavor to spread educational materials to children in my native hometown in India and elsewhere and make available small scholarships to support girl education. I buy books and magazines at library sales and recycle and donate them.
